REGISTRATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS
We are currently in the early-bird registration phase i.e. all registrations confirmed before the 31st of December, 2024 will be subject to discounted conference fees.

The Registration Fee Includes:
- 1. access to all conference events and cultural programs
- 2. vegetarian/vegan* lunches for the full five days (26-30 June 2025)
- 3. inaugural and closing dinners (26 June, 30 June 2025)
- 4. tea/coffee breaks for the full five days
- 5. conference material (bag, stationary, printed program booklet, etc.)
- 6. 3-year membership of the International Association for Sanskrit Studies.
Cancellation Policy:
- 1. Cancellation request can be made via e-mail and must be approved by the secretariat.
- 2. Before 15th January 2025: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded excluding bank charges
- 3. Before 15th March 2025: 25% of the amount paid will be refunded excluding bank charges
- 4. After 16th March, 2025: No Refund
(Note: All confirmed presenters will be required to pay the registration fees before the 15th of March, 2025, to avoid cancellation of papers.)
